Gina went above and beyond to make sure this vacation was as smooth as could be. She double checked on our extra late arrival, and we had no problems at all. She also made sure we knew the process for express pass since we had never used it before. We usually go to Disney, but this Universal trip was very nice! A perfect experience!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Gina from Almost There Travel By Gina plan our family’s Disney trip a few summers ago, and she truly made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable for our family! From the very beginning, Gina took the time to understand what we needed and made sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. We traveled with another family, which can sometimes make coordinating accommodations and logistics a little more complicated, but Gina made it seamless. She arranged for our rooms to be right next to each other, which was incredibly convenient and made the trip that much more enjoyable for both families. One of the highlights of our trip was staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Being able to step out onto our balcony and actually see the animals was absolutely beautiful and such a memorable experience for our family. It was one of those details that made the trip feel extra special, and Gina did an amazing job helping us create an experience that we will always remember. She also took care of our park tickets, making sure we had access to all the parks we wanted to visit, and handled all of our accommodations and transportation needs. From getting us to the hotel to making sure we had transportation back, everything was coordinated and accounted for. We never had to worry about whether something had been arranged or what we were supposed to do next. What I appreciated most about working with Gina was the peace of mind. Planning a Disney vacation for a family is a LOT, especially when you are coordinating multiple families, accommodations, park tickets, transportation, and all the little details that come along with it. Having someone who knew what she was doing and could take those details off our plate made such a difference. Our Disney trip was beautiful, fun, and filled with memories that our family still talks about. Gina played a huge part in making that possible. She was attentive to our needs, organized, thoughtful, and committed to making sure our accommodations were met.
